To get going with your quick-shot NARFI Editor bookmarklet for Internet Explorer, do the following:
Configure: This sets the information 'captured' into the bookmarklet 'engine' that is reused when the bookmarklet button or link is clicked. This captured information, along with the information 'pluked' from the page you are viewing in your browser, is used to fill in the Add a Resource form for submitting an entry to the NARFI Rural Resource Directory.
Generate: Javascript within this page is used to generate the drag-and-droppable bookmarklet link below. When your entries above are set, press the Generate bookmarklet button and follow the directions below:

Install: When you hit the Generate bookmarklet button you will see a clickable link. Don't click on the link!
Point the left mouse button on the link, hold down the mouse button, and drag it up to your links bar, and drop it there. That's all there is to it. Try it out!
